When my doctor told me my frozen was just a time thing (up to two years) and eventually it would get better, I felt I had to find something that would ease the extreme pain and continued loss of mobility I was experiencing. I booked an appointment with Pamela and after the first session, the pain eased a little bit, so I booked another session. Pamela knew I was coming back, so she did some research on how to effectively massage a person with frozen shoulder and learned some additional techniques to help me regain my mobility. I continued going to Pamela for six months because my pain was easing and my mobility was increasing.
